This fall the Tobacco-Free Kids Action Fund is working in Maryland to elect state legislators who will stand up to Big Tobacco and support a statewide, comprehensive smoke-free workplace law. Everyone has the right to breathe smoke-free air. You can protect your right by voting for candidates who support a smoke-free Maryland. During last year’s legislative session, the Maryland smoke-free bill passed the Maryland House of Delegates, but failed in the Maryland Senate. Don’t let your state legislator stand in the way of passing a life-saving measure that will protect thousands of Maryland’s workers and residents from the dangers of secondhand smoke. You can help protect every Maryland citizen’s right to breathe clean air by taking action today. You can help by taking action today!1. Donate to the Tobacco-Free Kids Action Fund.
